Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Trader to join our dynamic trading team. This role involves executing sophisticated trading strategies across multiple asset classes, leading market analysis initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute complex trading strategies across equities, fixed income, and derivatives
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and identify trading opportunities
- Manage risk exposure and implement hedging strategies
- Mentor and train junior traders and analysts
- Collaborate with research team to develop new trading strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in institutional trading
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading instruments
- Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
